At Amazing Brains Performance Center, we utilize coaching to learn helpful techniques & tools that align with your needs and your goals. When we couple brain training with setting goals, and learning & utilizing skills, we can make the most of your time and energy (while maximizing results).
Coaching often focuses on using past and present experiences to formulate goals and make changes for your future. Therapy, on the other hand, focuses on processing past experiences in relation to the ways in which they impact you presently, in order to manage their impact on the future. There can be plenty of overlap between the two, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re unsure which route is best for you!
